Sven grew up in Germany and moved to the Seattle area in 2011. He has been working in the Aerospace & Transportation Industry for 15 years and brings a wealth of technical and management knowledge to the team. In his free time he loves exploring the outdoors with his wife and 4 children. Fishing, hunting and camping are just a few activities that he loves to indulge in out of his Adventurevan or Overland trailer.

Martin is a multicultural leader with extensive expertise in aerospace Manufacturing, Operation and Business Development. His European background as a toolmaker journeyman with a BS in Industrial Engineering enables him implementing Vartan. Vans diverse customer wishes and dreams with the ever developing Adventure Van – Overlanding product trends. His hobbies include gallivanting with his own adventure motorcycle and van called Galavan.

Matthias is an Engineer with 20 years of experience in designing Aircraft parts and systems. After leaving the corporate world he followed his passion for all things outdoors, especially overlanding and offroading in camper vans. There are a lot of similarities between designing parts for aircrafts and for campers and he translates all this experience into our designs – very limited amount of space, light weight designs, highly functional and efficient layouts, complex systems, and harsh environmental conditions.
